- Negative Quarterly Report If your group does not maintain its own bank account, use this form for your quarterly and Domesday reports, regardless of your location.
- Corporate Quarterly Report If you are in Vermont, Connecticut, or Delaware, use this file for your quarterly and Domesday reports.
- Subsidiary Quarterly Report If you are in Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania, use this file for your quarterly and Domesday reports.

Reports for Events
- NMR Report Use this form to report your event’s NMR to the Kingdom Exchequer. Must be filed within 10 days after your event ends.
- Event Report Use this form to report your event’s attendance, expenses, and income. Must be filed within 30 days after your event ends – updated 2024 for new NMR amount.
