Kingdom Law sets out a series of events that are required in every calendar year, and that these events should have a bid sent to the Kingdom Financial Committee for review and approval. These are:
12th Night
Fencing Champions
A&S Champions
Bardic Champions
Spring and Fall Coronation
Spring and Fall Crown Tournament
Heavy Champions
Archery Champions
Equestrian Champions
Thrown Weapons Champions

Bids can be received up to 24 months prior to the event. The Financial Committee welcomes people to bid early. Below are resources to help you put together a good bid for the Crown and Financial Committee to review.

EK Bid Template – this is somewhere to start, and is not required for a bid for a kingdom event. However, this has been put together to make it easier for groups to make sure that they are including all the information that the Financial Committee is going to need to make a decision.
